Is there a set up fee?

If you're not an eCommerce business, there is no set-up fee. For eCommerce there is a $60.00 gateway activation fee. Beware of companies that waive the gateway set up fee. They'll make it up over time by charging you a high discount rate when your customer use a reward, business, corporate or international credit card.

Is there a cancellation fee?

Only if you want free equipment. Otherwise, it's month to month.

Is there a monthly fee?

The only monthly fee is the statement fee of $9.00 which includes 24/7 technical support.

How much is your chargeback fee?

The industry standard is $25. Therefore, our chargeback fee is $25. But it doesn't end there. We go beyond the call of duty to research this chargeback & we usually side with the merchant not the consumer. You don't have to worry about chargebacks unless you're a high risk business such as an adult website, online gambling, online dating, etc.

What is your monthly minimum?

The industry standard is $25, therefore our monthly minimum is $25.

Is there an annual fee?

NO

For eCommerce, how much is your AVS surcharge?

$0.05 cents per item. AVS stands for Address Verification Service. This service reduces fraud.

How do I get a blank copy of the application,  I want to read the fine print.

We're very transparent & discloses everything up front. The application is on our website for the world to see. Click on the Brochure tab on top of this webpage then click on Application. The application is in PDF format & you must have a PDF reader to open it.

How many business days does it take to transfer funds to my bank account?

Funding is the standard 24-48 hours. When your customer makes a purchase today before noon eastern time, the funds are transferred to your bank tomorrow.

My business is not in the United States?

At this time, we can only help business located in the USA.
